The CDSR dredging hose is available with two types of joints —— steel nipple and sandwich flanges. Flanges can be defined as important elements used to connect pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment together. The hose with sandwich flanges has good pressure resistance and bending performance, and it is usually used in special parts of the workboat, such as: the rake arm of the trailing suction hopper dredger, the bridge connection of the cutter suction dredger, and the front and rear parts of the pump, etc. The hose with steel nipple has good wear resistance, flexibility and tensile resistance, and is usually used in floating pipelines. The flange of CDSR hose also has good sealing performance, which can effectively prevent the leakage of fluid and pollutants and better protect the ecological environment when using the hose for dredging operations.

In dredging operations, it is often need to transport a large amount of sediment, gravel and other materials. We have designed different types of hoses for different materials.
